Can I "edit" a previously created custom quickstart ? I want to test a quickstart with several teams before I "add" additonal teams from created rosters

Usually I just save a copy of my game and then have a test copy to test things on

You can edit the structure and add teams once you start a game (whether via quickstart or new game), but if you mean adding them before you actually start the game, you'd have to save the game as a template vs quickstart.

Yes start a new quickstart _> do anything you want to -> resave as a quickstart -> delete your old quickstart
