Current roster update

I’m planning on getting OOTP Go but would like to know if the rosters are up to date? If not , is it possible to download updated rosters (post deadline trade) ?

They are all up to date, and via the Live Start they'll be up to date as from the current day. I'm assuming you're asking about the MLB rosters?
If it's regarding KBO that's even better, since we just released a patch that contains all real players from the Futures League as well.
