In my fictional organization (below) there is a Boston team only in one league. And yet...

I've had something like that happen twice in my solo fictional league.

This is a known issue that goes back to OOTP2. It had two variations:

* Sometimes the second league did not name awards. This one seem to be no more.

* Sometimes the team of the player who wins the award in the second league gets its name mixed and receives the first league's. This one is still alive and kicking.
