Quite a marathon
I can't be 100% positive but this is certainly one, if not, the longest game I have seen in any simulations since I started playing OOTP

Yowza! I played out a 23-inning marathon once in one-pitch mode, and it damned near gave me a stroke ...
I know the record is 33 innings (minor leagues), there's a book about it that's pretty great: https://www.amazon.com/Bottom-33rd-R.../dp/0062014498

First game of the World Series
Longest game I've ever managed with my fictional Sacramento save. Game duration was 9 hours and 32 minutes, it ended at 5.37am. It was tied at two a piece after 9, tied at three a piece after 18.
