PT Card missing

I discovered this morning that the 103 Alex Rodriguez card (Clubhouse) is no longer on my roster or my inventory.

His last game played was Sept 11 and I checked my transaction logs and I don’t see any movement on his card.

How do I have it retuned to my inventory?

Are you sure? Check your Manage Cards screen and remove any filters; he should still be there, just listed as Inactive. Send a few screenshots as well, just to make sure so I can see what you're seeing. That's weird that would happen.

Can I see the transaction log as well from the last couple of days? I can't believe he would just be gone like that without a reason.

I brought your situation to our team to have it looked at, and they found that apparently you used the A-Rod card to boost a Clubhouse Jason Bay to Level 5 yesterday. Because you used him in a boost for Bay, the card was removed from your collection - that is how boosts work, and it does remind folks of that on the Variant Boost screen and in the dialog box that should have appeared before confirming the boost.

Unfortunately, because it was used in a Variant boost, we are unable to return the A-Rod to your collection. If it was an accidental quicksell, we could have done so, but because it was a Variant boost, we cannot. Sorry about that.

For the future, please pay careful attention to which cards you're using for boosting players, especially if they're in your active roster.
