Auto-Select by Nation Talent in Tournaments is completely borked

If you make a 4 nation tournament that is automatically selected by nation talent, the game appears hard-coded to select Japan, Dominican Republic, Cuba, and Canada regardless of # of players. In addition, selecting a specific region for the tournament seems to cause the game to just select countries by alphabetical order instead of by talent, despite the setting. As of now this renders custom tournaments with national teams pretty unusable if you want a bigger setup without manually selecting every nation. This used to work perfectly in previous versions.
