Hopefully before PT Live starts so us GO users don't get too far behind. My laptop has gone down & out for the count. I always got both versions but not this year. Been buying PC version since Season Ticket.

I assume there is still the inability to move games between versions, so from Go 26 to Go 27? And the stadium issue for historical remains where you can’t use modern stadiums if they were not prior to your selected season?

Not criticizing as it’s a great app. Just checking.

You know you can continue PT for 1 more year & if you have any Franchise leagues you can go on & on. I'm pretty sure about that. I think. Lol. Playing Franchise is my favorite part. Replaying season or just advancing every year is sweet to me

To this point, you have not been able to move a game from one version to the next in Go, so as an example you can’t move a Go 26 save into Go 27. I know they’ve tried and tried to figure it out, but there’s been no luck so far.

Well, lemme ask. Can you do what you wanting do using the PC version? I've always played the franchise way of starting in a given year you'd like, say 1977 and just see where the careers go from there. I dunno just so many ways to do things. Heck before OOTP I would buy the NEW YEARLY Strat-O-Matic cards and keep just my teams stats every year & that's before OOTP came along. Maybe one day they'll figure it out but for now...don't get any better than OOTP

Yes, you can import games year to year in the desktop game but they have never been able to identify a solve for that in Go, due to iOS issues. Maybe this year!

I've resigned myself to the fact that ios will never let that come to fruition, so if it does I can be pleasantly surprised. All the way back to the iOOTP days I have planned how I play knowing it is a one year project.

I know we will never see commissioner mode but I would love me some Random Debut.

I was wondering if in Franchise mode we could gather up enough teams to create a league or if it's even possible?

At this point, you’re not going to hear anything until a few hours out, at best. For whatever reason, they either can’t or won’t update in the last few days. I don’t believe they ever have.

You’ll see Go 26 is no long available on the App Store at some point, then in a bit (maybe a day or so), Go 27 will show up and they’ll post in a new section for Go 27 on this site. As I said, maybe there’s a reason they can’t update here in the last few days….or they just don’t care to do so. Either way, we begged, pleaded, threatened, you name it a couple of years ago and no one from OOTP would respond. Is what it is.

Yep, it’s gone now. Probably tomorrow sometime the new app will be out.

Just to give a bit of clarity, we have a time in mind but right now App Store review is holding up the process. I think as soon as that's all good we'll let people know, do our final checks, and then get it out.
We'll try to get out some screenshots and info about the new app shortly.
We did an update today of Go26 to change the purchased season import into an export, so that you can move your purchased seasons into the new game. Then we removed it from the stores like usual just ahead of the launch of the new app.
I really wish I could give everyone a specific date/time, but unfortunately it's out of my hands at the moment
