Bug Report - Game Can't Simulate past February 27th

I don't know why it's doing this. I tried this with the same setup in a different custom game, but ended up having to restart and redo everything because I accidentally set it to challenge mode and couldn't edit any league settings.

The first time I could go all the way to the playoffs and the start of a new season, but here I can't even get through february. Same minor leagues, same farm leagues, same teams, same arenas, everything. Setup takes almost 2 hours for everything, I really don't wanna restart cause of some bug.

Yes I removed everything except the essentials. No subfolders, just the essentials.

From what I can see, the only thing that occurs on February 27th is the Northern Hockey League's playoffs, that's it. Other than that there isn't anything that should be a possible choke point.
