I appreciate what y'all appear to be trying to achieve with the more granular scouting info, but it seems to be suffering from a fairly obvious disconnect.

For example, take 1993 John Cangelosi in a save with Scouting set to LOW.

How can the overall scouting accuracy for him be deemed as LOW, yet each of the individual "tool" ratings be AVERAGE or better? And vice-versa?

How do you get the single-digit scouting grades?

In the league global setup, same place where you select to use stars or numbers.

Available scales are:
1-5 (super hardcore, stats really matter)
2-8 (miniature version of the 20-80)
1-10 (scale used here)
1-20 (good for FM addicts I guess)
1-100 (insanely easy, great for Madden lovers I suppose)
20-80

Huh. I've only ever noticed 1-100, 20/80, and the silly star system the game tries to default to. I would have sworn I've tried every setting short of mods.
