Perfect Team roster and Team Design changes

Not sure if this is a user error with some sort of setting I missed for this year's game, or if I am the victim of a glitch or bug.
I logged into my perfect team last night and set up my rosters, lineups, and pitching rotations; adjusted my team appearance and logos; and selected a new stadium (Seals Stadium) during the offseason but before the creation/promotion to the new league for this week.

In the past years when I've changed info during that timeframe, the information was carried over to the next league after I submitted my changes.

I logged in today after getting home from work to find that my entire team roster was blank (8 games with unknown players and a -75 run differential); my team colors and logos were changed; and the selected ballpark was changed back to Heinsohn Ballpark.

Not sure if it's related to this issue, but I also noticed starting last night during the PT playoffs that I would have to close and reload OOTP multiple times in order to continue to the next day after the simulation timer expired. Normally after a minute of the timer reaching "simulating" I get the popup to the Download the file with the results of the simulation. It happened again while I was writing this post.

oh, I'm running OOTP on my desktop using Windows 11 Home.

Yeah, this is a known issue that the team is investigating. Any information you can provide about your movements in-game between last night and this morning would be helpful.

From what I can remember; I bought a couple of live cards, updated my PT live roster (that wasn't affected), then went to my PT team and roster. I activated the new cards I had and updated my active and reserve rosters. I adjusted my pitching staff and rotation (I use a 4 man rotation in playoffs, switched back to a 5 man for regular season); and then adjusted my batting depth chart and batting order. I then updated my Team name, adjusted the logos using custom Team logo, small logo and same logo for team hat and jersey. I then adjusted the Team colors and made color and design changes for the ballcap, jersey and pants for the home and then away outfits. I had been using the Minuteman team name, and started with the game provided Minuteman logo file (orange and red with pentagon shape), but had switched to the UMASS Minutemen logo and colors, before switching to a custom, file using red white and blue colors.

After updating those, I entered 9 PT tournaments/Perfect drafts

Not sure what time I shut down OOTP, but think it was sometime between midnight and 1:00 am EST

After that, I didn't access the game again until sometime after 3:15 pm EST today.

Update,
I looked at my roster for my open tournament - and the logos and team colors for my team changed again.
This is close to the images used on my PT settings

I closed and reopened OOTP, the logos for my PT team stayed the same, but the colors changed again
