PT Elite team deactivated players and strategy reset

On Sunday night I set my pitching and hitting lineups and rosters in preparation for the season on Monday. When I checked back in on Monday, my team had zero players on its roster (including reserve) - all players had been deactivated. My team and player strategies had also been reset, as had my watchlist. My team played 6 games with Jim Unknown players before I happened to log in and catch it. The screenshot attached is the box score of the 6th game.

I don't know how this is possible. The game won't let a roster submit if something is invalid, and should fall back to the most recent valid roster. I've also never seen strategy completely reset before.

What could have caused this, and is there anything I can do to prevent it?

Edit: I also made some changes last night to my roster and strategy, but none of them went through, despite the expected behavior when going to the home screen or leaving the app being to save/submit

I had a similar issue. Logged on Monday afternoon, only to see my team at 0-17. All my cards had been deactivated. I'd made the playoffs the season before, in LS. Placed back into LS. I have all team controls set to me. Been playing PT since the beginning, and I've never had players deactivated by the system.

The same thing happened to me. I didn't notice until this morning, but it had to have happened Sunday night/Monday morning when the new leagues were formed.

Yes, this is a known issue, and the team is investigating the cause. I know this did not happen to everyone, so thank you for the detail on your post so we can try to pinpoint what might have caused this to happen to so many. I'll pass this along to the team.
