ootp 27 HOF bug

Hello, I'd like to report several issues I've encountered:

1. Black Ink and Gray Ink stats disappeared

The Black Ink and Gray Ink statistics for Hall of Fame tracking have disappeared. As a result, all players — including players like Barry Bonds or Chris Davis — now show 0 for both Black Ink and Gray Ink.

2. Possible error in Hall of Fame Ink calculation

There seems to be an issue with the Hall of Fame system. After simulating two seasons, Cole Ragans ended up with 44 Black Ink and 71 Gray Ink.

Even if Ragans won back-to-back Cy Young Awards, this seems impossible. To reach 44 Black Ink in two seasons, he would need to accumulate 22 Black Ink in a single season.

However, based on the scoring system:

Wins, ERA, Strikeouts — 4 points
Innings, Winning %, Saves — 3 points
Complete Games, BB/9, H/9 — 2 points
Shutouts, Games, Games Started — 1 point

Looking at RagansÂ’ performance:

He did not lead the league in wins both seasons
He also did not lead in innings both seasons
Saves and Games are irrelevant for a starting pitcher

Therefore, it seems impossible for him to reach 22 Black Ink in a single season.

This made me wonder: Is WAR being counted in the Black Ink calculation?
I'd like clarification on this.

3. Clayton Kershaw WBC bug (career stats disappearing)

If Clayton Kershaw participates in the WBC, a bug occurs where his career records disappear.

Even if I remove Kershaw from the roster afterward, the records remain missing.
I assume this is not an intentional record deletion like Emmanuel Clase, but rather a bug.

4. Qualifying Offer issue with mid-tier players

When players with around 50 overall receive Qualifying Offers, two issues occur:

AI teams avoid signing them to avoid draft pick compensation, often waiting until Spring Training
This allows the user to sign them to team-friendly deals while only giving up 2nd–3rd round picks
In some cases, the player remains unsigned for the entire season

This creates unrealistic outcomes and appears to be a system issue.

Thanks for your time.

I noticed something similar with the hall of fame monitoring with my current players and made a post about it for leaderboards looking wrong. Players like Bryce Harper are only showing instances on any leaderboards for the seasons since I started my franchise (2026). I hope this is something that gets addressed to allow for better hall of fame calculation and consideration for players
