Proposed trades vanshing immediately the next day

I am in December in the offseason and I noticed after it happened several times that I use the shop around feature, submit the trade offer, get the usual expect to hear back shortly message, and then in the pending player trade view when i advance a day it disappears immediately with no response.

I will note that in addition, i do shop player around EVERY SINGLE DAY to try to trade them since every single day this keeps happening and the list of players that gets suggested seems totally unrelated one day to the next.

I've even had it have like 40 players one day, 0 the next, and then 40 again the next day.
