Josh Gibson

I am brand new, so apologies if this has been asked/ answered, but I am trying to add Josh Gibson to my historical all star teams on OOTP 27, and he is just not in the database. There is a Josh Gibson who was a minor league shortstop, but not the late great catcher of the Negro Leagues. Any suggestions? I've been able to get Turkey Stearnes and Satchel Paige and Cool Papa Bell and others, but not one of the five best hitters of all time. What am I missing? Thanks so much!

Good on you. He has been phenomenal in my 1938 integrated season. And I suspect his equivalent ratings actually understate his power. He can make a bad team at least decent.

I've got him in a couple of mine, still only early doors in each.

Here he is in a random debut universe set in the early 2000s playing for the Cubs.
