Pitching Strategy Settings vs. Performance

My Reliever just posted a 180.00 ERA in 0.1 innings, giving up 6 runs on 37 pitches.

My sliders all set to extreme pull for all pitchers and extreme L/R matchup.

So ... does PT pitching have a 0.1 inning min requirement (get at least 1 out) built into the algorithm?

I tried your extreme pull strategy from the other thread and had some similar odd behavior. One of my most solid starters bled runs (most coming in the 1st inning) for 3.2 innings before getting pulled. Under the default strategy this happened a lot, so I figured the extreme hook would 'solve' that. Funny enough, I also had one of my shakier starters throw a no-no under the same strategy. Maybe he was motivated by the threat of a hook.
