David Yellope Minors (Double A) Join Date: Apr 2002 Posts: 126	Let teams use Dev Lab more (year round Int Cplx, short season/rookie ball) I love the Dev Lab for developing folks, and I think it should be expanded to levels that aren't playing competitive games for various times, the International Complex year round, and the Rookie/Short Season A levels, until the season kicks off. Just a thought to further develop the game's process for identifying and improving prospects
