Stupid question
I know that this is a stupid question but I forgot how to get the patch to work after it is dowloaded. I saved the patch in the ootp5 folder but nothing happened just want to know how to get the patch to work, thanks for any help

You have to unzip the file and drop in the new OOTP5.exe file in the OOTP5 directory. You may want to back up or renamed the existing one, just in case you want to remove the patch.

Just unzip the OOTP5.exe file to the OOTP directory and it's patched. Basically a patch for OOTP is just a new executable OOTP5.exe file.

To install the patch, just unzip the new OOTP5.exe file into your OOTP5 main folder, and click "yes" to overwrite the existing OOTP5.exe.
EDIT - sorry I posted the same thing dangarion and sox9418 said. Didn't realize they had already posted. |
