All Star Game Appearances added to Games Played

Probably already brought up, but I just noticed this...

In 5.12, All Star game appearances are being added to each All Star player's season Games Played/Pitched totals. I haven't checked yet, but after the next All-Star game I will see if stats from the game in other categories are being added as well.

I just double checked a few of my leagues and am not seeing this.. there are the normal holes in the Game by game reports with no mention of the allstar game for each player. I also checked to see if it added to the season's total for the players, but did not see any additional games there either.

Are you seeing this everytime, or just this time? Any chance you had a data integrity issues, crash or program abnormally exited around the allstar game?

I hadn't noticed this happening until recently, but it has apparently happened for the last few seasons in my league that I've checked. For starting pitchers, it's pretty simple because each all-star pitcher but the starter has at least one relief appearance, and for position players one or two in each of the last three seasons has played in 155 out of a possible 154 games.

I don't remember exactly when I installed 5.12, so I can't say for this started happening after its installation.

As for crashes, I haven't had any in this league.

I may delete and re-add the All Star Game to the schedule to see if this changes anything.

All-star stats are definitely being added to season stats, but it's not consistent for each player.

Some players are having stats added, some aren't.

Some players are only having a game played/pitched added to their stats, some are having all stats from the game added.

I can't detect any rhyme or reason as to the inconsistency yet. It doesn't appear to affect only certain teams or certain players--some players have had their all-star stats added certain years and not others.

Also, looking at the league history, I am almost certain this started with the implementation of the last patch.
