Having a hard time importing OOTP3 file

I'm having trouble importing oopt3 file to oopt4. I type in the path for 3 and I keep getting a prompt saying path not found. I used the file name that was saved on my oopt3.

Can you please assist me with this.

are you adding .lg at the end of the name. ie
c:\ootp3\hob.lg

I finally got it. The ootp3 file was in my program files.
