Minor bug in trading AI (OOTP4)
when attempting to work a trade with a team that is financially strapped, the computer will say "we cannot afford the contracts of the player you offered" even if the net transaction of the deal lowers thier payroll.
Even had this issue when offering a minor league who technically has no salary at all.
